1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 701pub ("701pub", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at https://701pub.bet and all related services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By creating a 701pub account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the 701pub platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 701pub, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 701pub account. The creation or use of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. 701pub reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 701pub platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 701pub currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 701pub account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically near-instant for GCash and Maya transactions. 701pub does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 701pub reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion. Withdrawal processing times are typically one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC review.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• 701pub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or force majeure events.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions will be held pending investigation and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

701pub offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. • Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 701pub platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 701pub and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 701pub platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, bingo, and live dealer games.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 701pub staff via in-game chat, email, or any other channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 701pub software.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 701pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 701pub platform.

701pub's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 701pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

701pub does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 701pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

701pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including failure to verify age or identity.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in our dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, 701pub may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC process.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13 Amendments
